- Through guided meditation, access your intuition about your spirit guide, ancestor, or totem animal.

- Sharing an ancient process, I will mold a plaster mask in your image.
- You embellish your guide’s image with paint, found objects, beads, feathers, and other sacred items.

- In a personal 30-minute session, we will further explore the meaning of your guide’s messages.
