Wow! I can't believe it, but I'm going to be on the AIR! I am excited (and a little scared) to share that I will be broadcasting on "NewsfortheSoul.com". Join me every other Wednesday at 1 p.m. EST beginning July 1st for my Journeying Circle. You will join a circle of listeners for a FREE Guided Journey with a chance to call in for FREE coaching from me and to share your experience with our virtual circle of listeners. Here's the link: www.NewsfortheSoul.com. Click on the purple listen live button and you will automatically join our circle. The call in number is: (645) 595-4274. If you are not able to listen live, these sessions are recorded and archived so you can listen to them at your leisure.
So, what is a Journeying Circle anyway? In the Shamanic tradition, a Journey Circle is sacred circle where one can experience deep altered states of mind accompanied by rhythmic drumming guided by a Shaman. While I'm not a Shaman per se' I do take people on some amazing journeys in the form of guided mediations. By tapping into the language of signs, symbols and archetypes, you will reconnect to your Inner Wise Soul. As you quiet the voices of the ego mind you will make the needed shifts to transform your life.
The circle itself is as old as humankind. Gathering in circles around the fire ancient humans told their stories and shared their journeys. Similarly, we will gather to share our stories in a open space of trust and illumination. Each journey resulting in greater personal and spiritual awareness, healing and wholeness.
Personally, the circle has been a constant presence in my life for many years as I take my circuitous meditative morning walks around our beautiful property with my dog. This constancy grounds me in the present. Each time I complete a round, I find I have arrived some place new and yet I still walk the same property as yesterday. Each moment is transformed by the weather, what I notice, the season and the animal guides that come to educate me on my path.
This week I startled a yearling deer in the woods. She ran a short distance then stopped to take stock of me. She was alone and I wondered if the hard winter had taken her mother. After 5 minutes or so, she wandered into the field and began to graze. I resumed my walk with new awareness that I am like that young deer moving into a new lush field to graze. And like her, I am a bit startled by the opportunity to be on the air, but after realizing that I am going to be fine, I can settle down and focus on grazing in the abundance of this summer season.
If you would like help discovering and embracing the abundance in your life, I would love to work with you!
With joy and gratitude,
